Our Journey

I’m Sree — a software professional by career and a foodie by heart. My wife and I have always loved exploring food, but life took an unexpected turn during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At first, switching to healthy food felt restrictive — until I discovered the power of millets, fermented grains, and natural ingredients. My energy returned, my sugar levels improved, and my passion for food was reignited. One day, a simple question from my colleague changed everything: “If you don’t enjoy the food you eat, how will others?” That inspired me to make healthy food not just nutritious — but delicious. After months of experimenting, I created recipes that balanced taste and health beautifully. Friends and family loved them, and soon, Fermillet Kitchen was born.
